Constitution

       Name and Objects

Section 1.        The name of the club shall be Pacific Northwest Sussex Spaniel Club, Inc.

Section 2.                      The objects of the club shall be:  Specialty Club

1. To encourage and promote quality in the breeding of purebred Sussex Spaniel and to do all possible to bring their natural qualities to perfection;
2. To urge members and breeders to accept the standard of the breed as approved by The American Kennel Club as the only standard of excellence by which Sussex Spaniel shall be judged;
3. To do all in its power to protect and advance the interests of the breed by encouraging sportsmanlike competition at

• Dog Shows
• Obedience Trails (if applicable)
• Tracking Tests (if applicable)
• Field Trials (if applicable)
• Hunting Tests (if applicable)
• Agility
• Rally
• CGC

1. To conduct sanctioned matches,

• Dog Shows
• Obedience Trials (if applicable)
• Tracking Tests (if applicable)
• Field Trials (if applicable)
• Hunting Tests (if applicable)
• Agility
• Rally
• CGC

under the rules and regulation of The American Kennel Club.

Section 3.  The club shall not be conducted or operated for profit and no part of any profits or remainder or residue from dues or donations to the club shall inure to the benefit of any member or individual.

Section 4. The members of the club shall adopt and may from time to time revise such by-laws as may be required to carry out these objects.
